This weeks work out and drills! Aim for 5x this week but 3 is the minimum!
Do the agility/ conditioning in the photo daily for this week! Don’t forget you 5 min a day jump rope!

Jump rope for 5 min. 30 sec and switch

Left
Right
Reverse

Then complete the drills below:
Setting: hands on the side of the ball and making contact above forehead. And hands in ball shape form. Wrists are to come in and out. (Try to speed up your release to help with running quicks)
Superman wall setting -100
Seated wall setting – 100
Kneeling wall setting -100
Standing wall setting-100

Wall hitting -100

100 pass to your self
100 pass & set to your self
100 pass, set and hit to the wall. Try to keep this going.

Exploding approach. 100
Big first step with left in direction of the ball. Right foot facing setter left foot to close.
Bend and explode. Don’t forget to turn your trunk
